6th Annual Best Practices Conference
The Sixth Annual Best Practice Conference on January 27, 2012 at Baker College was a success. Educators across Oakland County shared a sampling of their "best practices". As we continue to focus on deep implementation of effective learning practices we had excellent examples of these from across the county. We thank you and your team that came to learn with other peers in a day that celebrated our learning while helping all of us continue to grow together to benefit our students.
You may now view the 2012 keynote presentation, Unpacking your Mindset for Increasing Student Learning, by Dr. Wil Parker, a national presenter and teaching clinician. Dr. Parker currently directs programs for the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards as a regional outreach director.
We encourage you to use the website as resource for materials, as many of our presenters have shared their presentation materials.
